目的 探究维持性血液透析患者予以营养管理+有氧运动的干预效果。方法 选取2023年6月—2024年9月广东省东莞市东莞东华医院收治的68例维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象，按照摸球法分为对照组和观察组，各34例。对照组采用常规护理，研究组采用营养管理联合有氧运动护理；对比两组营养指标、睡眠质量及体能情况。结果 护理前，两组营养指标、睡眠质量比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）；护理后，观察组皆营养指标、睡眠质量优于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组体能情况（正常步速/最大步速）优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 维持性血液透析治疗中予以营养管理联合有氧运动，可协助患者保持良好的机体营养状态，改善睡眠质量，减少并发症发生风险；干预效果显著，值得推广。

Objective To explore the intervention effect of nutrition management and aerobic exercise in maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods 68 maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to Dongguan Donghua Hospital, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province from June 2023 to September 2024 were selected as the research subjects, which were divided into control group and observation group according to the touch ball method,with 34 cases each. The control group adopted routine care, and the research group adopted nutrition management combined with aerobic exercise care; compare two groups of the nutrition indicators, sleep quality and physical fitness. Results Before nursing, there was no statistically significant difference in nutritional indicators and sleep quality between the two groups(P>0.05); After nursing, the observation group showed better nutritional indicators and sleep quality than the control group(P<0.05); The physical condition(normal pace/maximum pace)of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusions Nutritional management combined with aerobic exercise during maintenance hemodialysis can help patients maintain good nutritional status, improve sleep quality and reduce the risk of complications. The effect of intervention is remarkable and worth carrying out.
