目的 探讨耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷对恶性肿瘤患者阿片类药物相关性便秘的影响。方法 纳入2021年1月—2022年12月常州市中医医院肿瘤科收治并予以阿片类药物治疗的恶性肿瘤患者92例，采用抽签法分为观察组和对照组，各46例。对照组予常规用药指导及护理干预，观察组则在此基础上实施耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷。观察并比较两组患者的日均排便次数及排便时间间隔；采用便秘症状自评量表（PAC-SYM）和便秘相关生活质量（PAC-QOL）评价和比较两组患者干预前后的便秘症状及生活质量。结果 干预前两组患者PAC-SYM和PAC-QOL评分差异无统计学差异（P>0.05）；实施耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷后，观察组患者的PAC-SYM评分明显低于对照组，PAC-QOL评分明显高于对照组，且差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患者日均排便次数明显优于对照组，排便时间间隔明显短于对照组，且差异均有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 对接受阿片类药物治疗的恶性肿瘤患者实施耳穴贴压联合穴位贴敷，可有效改善患者的便秘症状，促进排便，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Exploring the effect of auricular application pressure combined with acupoint sticking on opioid-induced constipation in patients with malignant tumor. Methods 92 patients with malignant tumors who were treated with opioids in the department of oncology of Changzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were enrolled and divided into a control group and an observation group by lottery method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine medication guidance and nursing intervention, and the observation group received auricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking on this basis.The average daily defecation times and defecation time interval of the two groups of patients were observed and compared.By the self-assessment lists of constipation and constipation(PAC-SYM)related to the quality of life(PAC-QOL)evaluation and comparison of two groups of patients before and after the intervention of constipation symptoms and quality of life. Results There was no statistically significant difference in PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL scores between the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05); After auricular point sticking combined with acupoint sticking, the PAC-SYM score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the PAC-QOL score was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Average daily stool frequency observation group patients was obviously better than control group, defecation time interval shorter than the control group obviously, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Auricular acupoint sticking combined with acupoint sticking can effectively improve the patients' constipation symptoms,promote defecation and improve the patients' quality of life.
