急性酒精戒断期睡眠障碍影响病情控制，戒酒后期睡眠障碍影响患者精神以及神经功能。临床上用于改善睡眠的药物有多种，本文报告2例患者，他们分别处于急性酒精戒断综合征以及渡过急性戒断期后平稳戒酒期，两者均出现严重失眠、睡眠日夜颠倒，短期使用右美托咪定后，患者失眠以及睡眠节律颠倒明显改善。提示右美托咪定在治疗酒精戒断相关的睡眠障碍中可能有独特意义。
Abstract：Sleep disturbance during alcohol withdrawal syndrome could negatively affect the disease management, and it caused neuropsychological deficits in patients. There were kinds of drug to treat sleep disturbance. We reported two patients. One patient was undergoing acute alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Another patient who had gone through acute alcohol withdrawal syndrome, was in late alcohol abstinence,both of them suffered from serious insomnia and sleep rhythm reverse. Treated with dexmedetomidine, their symptoms of insomnia and sleep rhythm reverse were significantly improved. This report suggested that dexmedetomidine might be a good choice in the treatment to alcohol withdrawal-related sleep disturbance.
