目的 探讨基于Orem自理理论的延续护理在学龄期哮喘患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2024年6月江南大学附属医院收治的54例学龄期哮喘患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,各27例。对照组采用常规随访管理,观察组在对照组基础上加入基于Orem自理理论的延续护理干预。比较两组哮喘控制水平、生活质量、用药依从性和自理能力。结果 与对照组比,观察组哮喘发作次数、急诊次数及住院次数显著少(P<0.05);生活质量、用药依从性、自理能力和自我管理能力评分显著高(P<0.05)。结论 基于Orem自理理论的延续护理显著改善学龄期哮喘患儿哮喘控制水平,提升生活质量、用药依从性及自理能力。
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuity nursing based on Orem self-care theory in school-age children with asthma. Methods 54 school-age children with asthma admitted to Jiangnan University Affiliated Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 27 cases in each group. The control group received routine follow-up management, while the observation group received continued nursing interventions based on Orem's self-care theory in addition to the control group. Compare the asthma control level, quality of life, medication adherence, and self-care ability between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group showed a significant reduction in the number of asthma attacks, emergency visits, and hospitalizations(P<0.05); The scores of quality of life, medication adherence, self-care ability, and self-management ability were significantly improved(P<0.05). Conclusion Continuation nursing based on Orem's self-care theory significantly improves the asthma control level of school-age children with asthma, enhances their quality of life, medication compliance, and selfcare ability.
