目的 探索脑卒中后吞咽障碍行穴位贴敷联合康复训练的临床价值。方法 选取2023年5月—2024年9月广东省中山火炬开发区人民医院收治的脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者60例，按照随机信封抽取方式分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组开展康复训练，观察组开展穴位贴敷联合康复训练，观察两组患者各项指标变化。结果 观察组胃管留置时间短于对照组（t=7.329,P<0.05）。干预前，两组患者吞咽功能评分比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）；干预后，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。干预前，两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中评分量表（National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS）评分、Fugl-Meyer肢体运动功能评定量表(Fugl-Meyer motor assessment,FMA)评分比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）。干预后，观察组NIHSS评分低于对照组、FMA评分高于对照组（P<0.05）。干预前，两组生活质量比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05），干预后，观察组高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组胃管拔出成功率高于对照组，误吸发生率、吸入性肺炎发生率低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者开展穴位贴敷联合康复训练效果显著，可以有效地改善患者肢体运动功能，强化吞咽功能，降低神经功能损伤，有助于患者生活质量提升，具有积极的应用意义。

Objective To explore the clinical value of acupoint patching combined with rehabilitation training for swallowing disorders after stroke. Methods A total of 60 patients with swallowing disorders after stroke admitted to the People's Hospital of Zhongshan Torch Development Zone in Guangdong Province from May 2023 to September 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group, each consisting of 30cases, using a random envelope method. The control group underwent rehabilitation training, while the observation group received acupoint patching combined with rehabilitation training, and the changes in various indicators of both groups were observed. Results The duration of gastric tube placement in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(t=7.329,P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in swallowing function scores between the two groups(P>0.05); but after intervention, the observation group scored lower than the control group(P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)scores or Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(FMA)scores for limb motor function assessment between the two groups(P>0.05). After intervention,the observation group had lower NIHSS scores and higher FMA scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention, there was no statistically significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05), but after intervention, the observation group scored higher than the control group(P<0.05). The success rate of gastric tube removal in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of aspiration and aspiration pneumonia were lower in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint patch combined with rehabilitation training has significant effect on patients with dysphagia after stroke, which can effectively improve the limb movement function, strengthen the swallowing function, reduce the nerve function damage, and improve the quality of life of patients, which has positive application significance.
