目的 探讨链式亲情护理模式对孕早期先兆流产保胎患者心境状态及睡眠质量的影响。方法 选择2024年1月—12月江苏省邳州康华医院收治的孕早期先兆流产患者54例，于2024年1—6月采取常规护理，取此时间段内入院患者纳入对照组（n=27）,2024年7—12月实施链式亲情护理模式，此时间范围内入院就诊患者设定为观察组（n=27），比较两组负性情绪、睡眠质量、血清指标等。结果 护理后，焦虑（self-rating anxiety scale,SAS）、抑郁（self-rating depression scale,SDS）评分明显降低，经组间对比观察组较对照组偏低（P<0.05）；匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表（Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI）评分经组间对比，显示观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）；护理前，两组患者人绒膜促性腺激素（human chorionic gonadotropin,β-HCG）、血清孕酮（progesterone,P）水平对比未见明显差异（P>0.05）；护理后，上述指标测评值对比，观察组较高（P<0.05）。结论 孕早期先兆流产患者保胎治疗期间应用链式亲情护理模式具有较高的可行性，可有效改善负性情绪，提高整体睡眠质量，具有较高临床价值，值得借鉴。

Objective Exploring the impact of the chain type family care model on the emotional state and sleep quality of patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy. Methods A total of 54 patients with threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy admitted to Kanghua Hospital in Pizhou, Jiangsu Province from January to December 2024 were selected. Routine nursing was provided from January to June 2024, and patients admitted during this period were included in the control group(n=27). The chain family care model was implemented from July to December 2024, and patients admitted during this period were set as the observation group(n=27). Negative emotions, sleep quality, serum indicators, etc. were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing care, the scores for anxiety(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale, SAS) and depression(Self-Rating Depression Scale, SDS) significantly decreased, with the observation group showing lower scores than the control group(P<0.05). The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) scores also demonstrated lower values in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05). Prior to nursing care, there were no significant differences in human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG) and serum progesterone(P) levels between the two groups(P>0.05). After nursing care, the observation group exhibited higher values in these indicators compared to the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of a chain like family care model during the treatment of threatened miscarriage in early pregnancy has high feasibility, can effectively improve negative emotions, enhance overall sleep quality, and has high clinical value, which is worth learning from.
