目的 探讨地西泮片治疗社区老年期焦虑症的疗效及对药物副作用发生率的影响。方法 选取2023年1月—2024年1月在石河子市城区社区卫生服务中心就诊的532例老年期焦虑症患者，依据治疗方案分为对照组和干预组，各266例。对照组予以文拉法辛治疗，干预组予以地西泮片治疗，比较两组的应用效果。结果 治疗前，两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表（Hamilton anxiety scale,HAMA）评分比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）。治疗2周、4周、6周、8周后，干预组HAMA评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。两组药物副作用发生率比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）。干预组治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 地西泮片治疗老年期焦虑症，患者症状、治疗效果均得到有效改善，且药物副作用低，值得推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of diazepam tablets in the treatment of elderly anxiety disorder in community and its influence on the incidence of side effects. Methods A total of 532 elderly patients with anxiety disorder treated in The Urban Area Community Health Service Center of Shihezi City from January 2023to January 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group according to treatment plans. The control group were treated with Venlafaxine and the intervention group were treated with diazepam tablets. The application effects of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2, 4, 6 and 8 weeks of treatment, HAMA scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of side effects between the two groups(P>0.05). The effective rate of treatment in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Diazepam tablets are effective in treating anxiety disorders in the elderly, with improved symptoms and therapeutic effect, and the drug side effects are low,which is worth promoting.
