目的 探讨基于循证理论的护理在重症心力衰竭无创呼吸机治疗患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年4月—2024年4月广州医科大学附属第一医院100例重症心力衰竭患者为研究对象，采用数字随机表法将患者均分为两组，其中对照组（n=50）采用常规护理，观察组（n=50）采用循证理论的护理，对比两组的应用效果。结果 观察组较对照组心功能指标变化明显；生活质量评分高；护理满意度高（P<0.05）。结论 将循证理论的护理应用在重症心力衰竭无创呼吸机治疗患者中，对患者的心功能指标、生活质量均有明显改善，护理满意度较高。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with severe heart failure treated with non-invasive ventilator. Methods A total of 100 patients with severe heart failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study subjects. Using a digital randomization table, the patients were evenly divided into two groups: the control group(n=50) received conventional nursing care, while the observation group(n=50) received evidence-based nursing care. The application outcomes of both groups were then compared. Results The change of cardiac function index in observation group was more obvious than that in control group. High quality of life score; Nursing satisfaction was high, and the above indexes were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing theory in patients with severe heart failure treated with non-invasive ventilators has significantly improved the cardiac function index and quality of life of patients,, with high nursing satisfaction.
