目的 评价中药方剂银翘散加减联合自血疗法治疗慢性荨麻疹（风热犯表型）的疗效和安全性。方法 选取2020年4月—2022年4月于茂名市慢性病防治中心皮肤科门诊求诊的慢性荨麻疹（风热犯表型）患者120例，随机分为A、B、C、D四组。四组均予盐酸左西替利嗪胶囊口服治疗，A组在此基础上加予银翘散加减内服联合穴位自血疗法治疗，B组加予银翘散加减内服治疗，C组加予穴位自血疗法治疗。比较四组患者荨麻疹活动度评分（urticaria activity score,UAS）、皮肤病生活质量指数评分（dermatol ogy quality of life index score,DLQI））以及不良反应等。结果 治疗2周后，A组患者在减轻瘙痒症状、减少风团、改善皮肤病生活质量指数方面较其他三组更具优势；治疗总有效率A组患者为85.2%,B组为76.9%,C组为59.3%,D组为55.6%,A组的治疗总有效率优于其他三组，其中，A组与C、D两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学异议（P<0.05）；四组患者均未出现严重的不良事件，说明本研究安全性较高。结论 在口服盐酸西替利嗪胶囊基础上，加予银翘散加减内服联合穴位自血疗法能更好的缓解风热犯表型慢性荨麻疹患者瘙痒症状，提高生活质量，安全性高，值得推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Yinqiao San combined with acupoint autotherapy in the treatment of chronic urticaria(wind-heat invading phenotype). Methods 120 patients with chronic urticaria(wind-heat invasion phenotype)at the department of dermatology, Maoming Center for Prevention and Cure of Chronic Disease from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into four groups: A, B, C and D. All four groups were treated with oral administration of levocetirizine hydrochloride capsules.Group A was additionally treated with Yinqiao San combined with acupoint autotherapy, while Group B was treated with Yinqiao San; Group C was treated with acupoint autotherapy. The urticaria activity score(UAS), dermatology quality of life index score(DLQI), and adverse events in four groups of patients were compared. Results After two weeks of treatment, group A had more advantages than the other three groups in relieving itching symptoms,reducing wheal and improving the quality of life index of skin diseases. The total effective rate was 85.2% in group A, 76.9% in group B, 59.3% in group C and 55.6% in group D.Among them, the difference between group A and group C and D was statistically significant, which indicated that the clinical efficacy of group A was better than that of group C and D.. There were no serious adverse events in the four groups, which indicated that this study had good safety. Conclusion On the basis of oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride capsules, the treatment of Yinqiao San combined with acupoint autohemotherapy can better relieve the itching symptoms of patients with chronic urticaria caused by wind-heat and improve their quality of life, which is safe and worthy of popularization and application.
