通过回顾一例胆囊神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料，介绍了该例患者的临床症状及治疗过程，此例患者因上腹部疼痛不适3 d余入院，经过影像学检查，患者诊断为胆管结石及胆囊结石，为患者实施了相关手术，术后病理提示胆囊神经鞘瘤，术后半年随访患者一般情况良好，疾病无明显复发，此次研究重点介绍了此例患者的病理结果，用相关病理图片进行佐证，收集了胆囊神经鞘瘤相关的最新文献报道，系统分析了胆囊神经鞘瘤的特征及临床特点。
