目的 探索应用羊尾油作为按摩介质在产程中为产妇按摩的临床效果。方法 选取2024年1月—2024年6月湖南娄底市娄星区人民医院经阴道分娩的产妇201例，接受羊尾油按摩措施的产妇设为观察组（n=53），应用橄榄油作为按摩介质的产妇设为对照组（n=148）。观察两组疼痛程度、中转剖宫产率和新生儿情况等。结果 观察组产妇要求麻醉镇痛的比例为0，低于对照组的36.4%，有统计学差异（P<0.05）；观察组产程中应用缩宫素的比例为2%，低于对照组的58.1%，有统计学差异（P<0.05）；观察组会阴侧切率为2%，低于对照组的22.5%，观察组Ⅱ度裂伤为6%，低于对照组的25.6%，有统计学差异（P<0.05）；两组中转剖宫产率、新生儿窒息、产后出血等指标比较，无统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论 应用羊尾油作为按摩介质，相比于植物油有更好的减轻产痛的作用，降低了产时需要麻醉镇痛的比例，减少了产程中缩宫素的应用，减少会阴侧切和Ⅱ度裂伤，未发现不良影响。值得在临床中继续试验应用。

Objectives To explore the effect of using the sheep tail oil in Majlaw therapy for women in labor for skin massage on maternal pain relief and other outcomes. Methods 201 Women in labor of Louxing people's hospital, Loudi City, Hunan Province from January to June 2024 were selected, Who accepted the sheep tail oil therapy are enrolled as experimental group(n=53), and those who received plant oil for massage are as controlled group(n=148). The pain reaction of women in labor, the rate of transfer cesarean section and condition of newborns of the two groups will be observed and recorded. Results The anesthesia pain relief rate in experimental group was 0, lower that in controlled group(36.43%), with statistical difference(P<0.05). The rate of Oxytocin introvenus triping in experimental group was 2.00%, lower than that in controlled group(66.67%),with statistical difference(P<0.05). The rate of episiotomy in experimental group was(2.00%), lower than that in controlled group(22.48%). The rate of second degree laceration in experimental group was 6.00%, lower than that in controlled group(25.58%)the rate of transfer cesarean and the rate of asphyxia and postpartum hemorrhage of the two groups were not of statistical difference. Conclusions using sheep tail oil as massage medium for women in labor can relieve the pain of women, reduce the rate of anesthesia and the need for Oxytocin tripping, with lower rate of episiotomy and less second-degree laceration, no adverse effect was observed on maternal and neonatal outcomes. This oil should be introduced to women in labor to relieve the pain.
