目的 探究全病程管理在光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣中的应用。方法 选取2023年7月—2024年6月苏州市第五人民医院收治的56例接受光动力治疗的尖锐湿疣患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组，各28例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组采用全病程管理，对比两组相关指标。结果 观察组患者负性情绪评分比对照组低（P<0.05）；护理满意度、生活质量及自护评分均比对照组高（P<0.05）。结论 在开展光动力疗法治疗尖锐湿疣患者的过程中，采用全病程管理的方式，能够切实改善患者的负性情绪，提高其生活质量及护理满意度，保障患者的治疗及预后，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application of whole-course disease management in the treatment of condyloma acuminatum with photodynamic therapy. Methods A total of 56 patients with condyloma acuminatum who received photodynamic therapy at Suzhou Fifth People's Hospital from July 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects, they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 28 patients in each group. The control group received conventional intervention, while the observation group received wholecourse management. The relevant indicators of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had a lower negative mood score(P<0.05), and compared with the control group, the observation group had higher nursing satisfaction, quality of life and self-care scores(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of photodynamic therapy in the treatment of patients with genital warts, the whole course of disease management can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients, improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and ensure the treatment and prognosis of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
