本文报道1例猩红热患儿使用青霉素钠治疗4天后发生急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病（acutegeneralized exanthematouspustulosis,AGEP）的病例。患儿临床诊断猩红热，给予青霉素钠治疗期间躯干部、臀部及下肢出现簇状棘皮样皮疹，考虑AGEP，停用可疑药物青霉素钠，给予氯雷他定片及左西替利嗪片抗过敏、甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠抗炎及局部外用炉甘石洗剂治疗后，皮疹逐渐消退，肝功能恢复正常，好转出院。青霉素钠致AGEP是一种罕见的皮肤病，及早识别并采取措施对AGEP的治疗至关重要。

This article reports a case of a child with scarlet fever who developed acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis(AGEP) after 4 days of treatment with penicillin sodium. The clinical diagnosis of the patient was scarlet fever, and during the treatment with penicillin sodium, cluster like prickly rash appeared on the trunk, the buttocks, and the lower limbs. AGEP was considered, and the drug penicillin sodium was suspected and discontinued. Loratadine and levocetirizine tablets were given for anti allergic treatment and methylprednisolone sodium succinate for anti-inflammatory treatment, and local topical calamine wash treatment was also given. After treatment, the rash gradually subsided, liver function returned to normal, and the patient was discharged. AGEP caused by sodium penicillin is a rare skin disease, and early identification and measures are crucial for the treatment of AGEP.
