This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of nutritional nursing for a patient with incomplete intestinal obstruction. The nutritional assessment of the patient was carried out in the early stage, and the enteral and parenteral nutrition support program was implemented in time. After nutritional therapy, the patient developed incomplete intestinal obstruction, which forced the termination of enteral nutrition therapy. After close observation of the patient's condition and indicators, the corresponding nursing measures were given, such as drug therapy, fasting, gastrointestinal decompression, therapeutic position adjustment, analgesia, sedation care and complication care. The patient's abdominal distension was significantly relieved, the bladder pressure index was normal, and the enteral nutrition treatment was continued and the patient was transferred to another hospital for subsequent treatment.
