酒精性酮症酸中毒（alcoholic ketoacidosis,AKA）是指患者因饮酒而发生的代谢性酸中毒和酮症。酒精中毒患者中大约有10%表现为酒精性酮症酸中毒，多见于肝病和酗酒者，为慢性酒精中毒死亡的主要原因之一。很多医生不熟悉酒精性酮症酸中毒，易误诊为糖尿病酮症酸中毒，若一味使用胰岛素，出现低血糖昏迷，则使病情更为凶险。本文报道1例酒精性酮症酸中毒合并低血糖，旨在提高对本病的认识，减少误诊和漏诊。
