通过回顾1例哺乳期急性脊髓炎患者的临床资料，收集相关文献报道，分析该病例的病理及生化特点，综合评价了中西医结合治疗对哺乳期急性脊髓炎的临床疗效。中西医结合治疗哺乳期急性脊髓炎具有一定的优势，易被患者接受、能更快减轻患者的痛苦、缩短病程、提高疗效、减少药物副作用。通过分析该例哺乳期急性脊髓炎住院患者的诊疗过程，合理运用激素、中医整体观及辨证施治等治疗措施，为哺乳期急性脊髓炎的临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract：By reviewing the clinical data of a patient with lactation acute myelitis and collecting related literature reports, the pathological and biochemical characteristics of the case were analyzed, and the clinical efficacy of the combined therapy of a traditional Chinese medicine formula and Western medicine on lactation acute myelitis was comprehensively evaluated. In the treatment of lactation acute myelitis, the combined therapy of a traditional Chinese medicine formula and Western medicine has certain advantages, since it is easy to be accepted by patients, and it can reduce the pain of patients faster, shorten the course of disease, improve the efficacy and reduce the side effects of drugs. By analyzing the diagnosis and treatment process of a hospitalized patient with lactation acute myelitis,andadopting appropriate treatment measures such as hormones, holistic system health care and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine we provided a reference for the clinical treatment of acute myelitis during lactation.
