目的探讨艾滋病患者实施门诊优化护理管理的效果。方法选取南宁市第四人民医院感染门诊2023年2月—2024年10月收治的艾滋病患者200例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为两组，各100例。对照组采用常规门诊管理，观察组采用门诊优化护理管理，对比两组患者生活质量、护理依从性、自我管理能力以及心理弹性评分。结果与对照组比，观察组患者生活质量评分高（P<0.05）。与对照组比，观察组患者的总护理依从率高（98.00%）（P<0.05）。干预后，与对照组比，观察组患者的自我管理能力评分高（P<0.05）。干预后，观察组患者的心理弹性评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论门诊优化护理管理模式在艾滋病患者的护理中具有良好效果，显著提高患者的生活质量、自我管理能力、护理依从性与心理弹性。该模式以个性化管理、优化随访与强化家庭支持为核心干预手段，可在艾滋病门诊护理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of implementing optimized outpatient nursing management for AIDS patients. Methods A total of 200 AIDS patients admitted to the Fourth People's Hospital of Nanning from February 2023 to October 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups， with 100 cases in each group. The control group received conventional outpatient management， while the observation group received optimized outpatient nursing management. The quality of life， nursing compliance， self-management ability， and psychological resilience scores of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group， the quality of life score of the observation group was higher（P<0.05）. Compared with the control group， the total nursing compliance rate of the observation group was higher（98.00%）（P<0.05）. After the intervention， compared with the control group， the self-management ability score of the observation group was higher（P<0.05）. After the intervention， the psychological resilience score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion The optimized outpatient nursing management model demonstrates significant efficacy in the nursing of AIDS patients， significantly improving the quality of life， self-management ability， nursing compliance， and psychological resilience of patients. This model uses personalized care planning， optimized follow-up， and strengthened family support as the core intervention methods， and can be widely applied in AIDS outpatient nursing.
