目的 探讨腹外疝患者采用修补术的临床意义。方法 选取2023年11月—2024年11月麻城市中医医院收治的腹外疝患者200例，总结患者复发情况、术后并发症情况、手术时间、术中出血量。结果 全部200例患者中，无中途转开腹患者，手术时间为（43.92±6.56）min，术中出血量为（3.28±0.62）mL。经过半年的随访，复发2例，复发率为1.00%，均为补片挛缩导致复发，可能与患者多年便秘史有关。并发症方面，发生尿潴留1例，占比0.50%，术后疼痛患者3例，占比1.50%。结论 腹外疝患者实施修补术后的复发情况及术后并发症发生率较低，手术安全性高。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of using repair surgery for patients with external abdominal hernia. Methods A total of 200 patients with abdominal external hernia admitted to Macheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected， and the recurrence， postoperative complications， surgical time， and intraoperative bleeding were summarized. Results Among all 200 patients， there were no patients who switched to open surgery midway. The surgery time was（43.92 ± 6.56）minutes， and the intraoperative blood loss was（3.28 ± 0.62）mL. After six months of follow-up， there were 2 cases of recurrence， with a recurrence rate of 1.00%， both caused by patch contraction， which may be related to the patient’s years of constipation history. In terms of complications， 1 case had urinary retention， accounting for 0.50%， and 3 cases had postoperative pain， accounting for 1.50%. Conclusion Patients with external abdominal hernia who undergo repair surgery have a lower incidence of recurrence and postoperative complications， and the surgical safety is high.
