麻醉过程中肌松药过敏处理1例

摘要(Abstract):
围术期过敏反应是一种不常见的现象，但其发生可能会对患者造成严重的影响，甚至危及生命。这类过敏反应由多种因素引起，包括药物、输血、橡胶和抗生素等。在诊断时，需要根据患者的临床症状、体征以及过敏试验结果进行综合分析。预防围术期过敏反应的关键在于术前详细评估患者的过敏史，并在手术过程中避免使用可能引起过敏的物质。一旦发生过敏反应，应立即停止给予可疑的过敏原，并采取相应的治疗措施，如给予抗过敏药物、维持呼吸循环稳定等。总之，围术期过敏反应是一个需要高度重视的问题。通过术前充分评估、术中细心观察和及时处理，可以有效降低其发生率，保障患者的安全和手术顺利进行。
